3.Bookings & Consultations

Submitting a consultation or assessment request through this site is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Our staff will contact you to confirm availability and scheduling. Pricing, schedules, and program details are subject to change without notice.

4.SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Maximum Sports Conditioning, including appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, program updates, and occasional promotional offers.
